Life, Love, Speed.

I wanted to take a moment to check in with everyone at Elitetrack. First I wanted to thank Mike for always being so generous for letting me write here. I am eternally indebted to him for giving me a chance so many years ago. Today I celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary with my beautiful wife Michelle. As a coach, one of the hardest things to find is someone who gets a life of service. As a teacher and a coach much our day hinges upon those young people that are going through some of the greatest challenges in their young lives. It’s hard because often we bring our jobs home. Even when we are with our families we might not actually be “there.” My wife has made so many sacrifices for me to live my life’s passion. True love is not easy. It’s sacrifice. I hope that I can honor her by building a life for us that is exciting yet stable. Part of this process is building a following and spreading the good word!

I have spent a lot of time recently sharing my thoughts via Facebook live. I have broadcasted these videos also on my youtube page. Additionally, this winter I will be traveling to a number of different clinics across the country to share my experiences and I hope it truncates many of the tough lessons I had to learn for others.

Also, my friend and confidant coach Tom Gose will be releasing a coaching school designed to build athletes from the ground up. The system to be shared will cast a wide net and a perfect learning opportunity for young coaches.  Look for this program coming in November.

For those of you who would like to talk in person please join me in December at the MTCCCA conference, ITCCCA conference or the Central California Coaches Clinic in January. I am also slated to participate in the upcoming World Speed Summit.

I also did a couple recent podcasts here

Here are links to recent Facebook live rebroadcasts at my youtube account.
