How to Build a Training Plan for New Coaches

Happy Christmas Eve! For the holiday I have shared a video recording of my presentation at the MTCCCA clinic: Training Design for New Coaches. Thanks to my good friend Chris Topher Auckley for putting this together!!! His site is give it a visit for tons of interviews and articles on our great state’s track & field culture. Please share this with any new coaches you think it would help! At Illinois Track and Cross Country Coaches Association I will be diving even deeper into these subjects. Come see me at Paul Tony Rodriguez’s Central California Clinic along with the Podium Clinics in February.

Additionally, I have had a few other updates to my video series that I have rebroadcasted from my Facebook live.
