I this setup appropriate for a 200m sprinter
Mon – Accel <250m Weights
Tue – work capacity
Wed – Speed endurance/max velocity <250m weights
Thu – work capacity
Fri – Accel < 150m weights
Sat – Special endurance < 1000m
Drop the sat special endurance session, quick way to overtrain. It will work short term but over the long haul you will pay.
What about changing the special endurance to speed endurance <150m would that work? How does special endurance lead to over training?
