        We have all heard the axiom that more is not better. But within each of us there is a fundamental insecurity that we are not doing enough, so we do extra work.         This should be mandatory reading for all short sprinters who come on the board insisting they need to do 2-3 long runs every work to develop their aerobic endurance.
