Tight Internal Hip Rotators

    From a lying position with the hip and knee flexed at 90 degrees, I have zero degress of internal rotation on my left leg and 20 degress of internal rotation on my right leg. I can easily tell that my hip external rotation is very much more stronger and more flexible than my hip internal rotation. This issue is also causing my hip flexion to be limited/not as mobile as it could be.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
