    I want to thank the thousands of members from elitetrack.com including all guests for reading this blog, participating in the forum, and reading the research articles. The DL season is basically done and some have started getting ready for next year or Rio. I have decided to take a break from blogging full time as my rants are getting weak and repetitive and I have not finished my level 3 paper.
