    What kind of routines does everybody on here have? My only real routines that I follow would be my competition warm up and my prejump ritual, if either off those things get intrupted I just feel weird through out the competition. Does anyone feel like routine could limit an athletes potential?

    I think as long as routine doesn’t become superstitious then it shouldn’t limit an athlete. Although if an athlete has a routine that he/she follows that isn’t best for them but they are stuck doing it then it could limit them.

    Important to note that routine only helps if it is a good routine.
