    Of the high school track coaches that lift in our area (northern California) I think most continue to lift through league finals and state meet. One exception is Coach Josh Tezeno. He has coached quite a few successful athletes (Amber Purvis sprints, Chalese Davis hurdles) and this Periodization Model explains his success in the weight room.
