        just wondering what the latest thinking is on meal frequency- for adults who would like to drop a couple of pounds? is small and often still the key? would intermittent fasting be better?? What’s the research saying?

        Meal frequency will not make a big difference, its all going to depend on your caloric intake.
        IF is known to work better for some people, so give it a try…But again its up to your caloric deficit.
