    Warm-up
    400m jog, 10x drills, dynamic stretching

    Sprint part 1
    30m, 50, 70m
    – Time out – My training buddy pulled her hamstring real bad. There were no icepacks or anything at the track + the gates were closed.. soo we didn’t get out. Eventually we had to ask some tourists for help, and we got her into the car. A rather dramatic start of the day. Luckily it wasn’t quite as bad as we thought, so she’ll be back!

    30m, 50m, 70m

    Cool-down
    5x20m bouding/hopping-stuffish

    Warm-up
    Barbell drills

    Weights
    Power snatch: 3x2x35, 3×40, 2×45, 1x2x50, 2x4x45kg.
    Power clean: 3x2x35, 3×45, 2×55, 2x5x60kg.
    Pushpress: 5×25, 3x2x40, 3x2x45, 2.5x2x45, 3x45kg
    Box squat: 5×40, 3×50, 3×60, 3×70, 3x5x80kg

    Cool-down

    3x50m sprint, 4x30m bounding.

    120 minutes, 4880kg, 36 sets.

    Great workout! 2 solid hours of quality lifting with the weightlifting team. Got some feedback on my technique, and I obviously need to work on my speed when lifting from the floor. When snatching/cleaning from a hanging position it’s definitely not slow, but when I lift from the floor I’m not quite as aggressive since I’m trying to avoid hitting my knees – They point out right where the bar is coming. But I’m working on it.
    The pushpresses and box squats were better than last time 🙂

    Warm-up:
    Pitdig, jog 200m, dynamic stretch, drills, strideouts x 2, bounds.

    Triple jump:
    From 2 x 4 – 9.30m = PB!
    From 4: x 2 – 9.80m
    Fom 6: x 3 – 10.40m
    Triple jump from 10: x 5 – 10.90m

    bah.. not happy about the length of today’s jumps. But I actually hit the board for a change. So atleast I measured it correctly.. Technically it was not the worst though.

    Weight: 63,8kg (-3.8 to go)
    90 minutes, 42 jumps.
