Hamstring Range of Motion – Greater than 90 degrees?

    Many movement screens look at flexibility and use 90 degrees. Why 90? Why not 85 or 110 degrees? My experience is that a range of motion reserve is needed before heavy competition as the strain decreases flexibility and scores drop like player weights during summer doubles. I think the most difficult sale is getting athletes, especially the tight ones, to invest in a flexibility program. No recor
