    Wow. This really illustrates both ends of it.

    On the one hand, it’s only six things…the Big Picture, the K.I.S.S. Principle, etc. It gives you that clarity that’s necessary.

    On the other hand, there are so many ways you can go. It’s the art of coaching as well as the science of it, and that part of it is endlessly variable.

    Very thought provoking.
