3 x (3 x 30m) 2′ rest/rep, 5′ rest/set
I made it through one set. I opted to end the workout and training for atleast 4 weeks. For a few weeks now I have had achilles pain in my right ankle. Having this injury in the past I have decided that time to ice stretch, massage, etc would be best. I’m going to continue to lift upper body and lower body, but I will not be doing any OL’s or squat variations.
