    I have spent a lot of money on continuing education over the last 10 years and I would say that most of it was a waste of time. For young coaches I would tell them to save their money and follow some simple rules. Don’t do contraindicative exercises to healthy people. Do a well rounded program with great technique.     The more back strengthening work I do the better every aspect of my performance gets. Last season I could barely do any because of my injury but that’s not the case anymore.

    Could not agree more with that assessment. Some eye opening information out there about performance, however it is tough to get through all the affiliate links. Ledermans “myth or core stability” is a real attention getter.
