Training Shoes, Spikes, & Equipment
Always had spikes that had 8 spikes on the bottom… does it make any difference having 5? Thats how many the Maxcats have…
I’m looking strictly at 100m performance (and 60m in indoor), very little importance for the 200…. (for me)
IMHO – Makes no difference. Is all about how the shoe feels. Whatever is more comfortable for you in terms of spike plate and fit – the number of spikes makes very little (if any) difference.
I had spikes that had 5 pins, and they were awesome!
Are you insinuating sprinters can don’t need spikes on the shoe at all?.
JC, how did you come to that conclusion from what Matt Wrote??
Stating; “the number of spikes makes very little (if any) difference”.
“If any” seems to imply, none?.
You are either very dumb or looking for an argument, he quite clearly meant that there is little or no difference between 5 or 8 spikes in the shoe and that comfort is what makes the difference.
