Blog Posts from Athletic Lab coaches

I’m very proud of the coaches that work for me at Athletic Lab. They’ve all gone through an extensive internship and mentoring program before being hired and are well qualified in terms of credentials and experience. Professional development is actually a job requirement and one of the things I’ve encouraged them to do is to write as a means of both teaching others and learning themselves (the best way to learn is to teach!). Two staff members in particular have spent considerable time writing blog entries for my training center’s blog that I figured I would share links to here as many will find the content relevant and useful.
