I don’t know Greg Lehman but he has a lot of great posts. The Toronto area is a hotbed for therapy and his insight is very thought provoking and well researched. He is very fair and balanced, something rare in the internet world but who knows. His post on running mechanics a few years ago, as well as his FHL post, was well written had a fusion of information is better explain things. He and Bret Contreras teamed up and broke down what they liked and though could be expanded on the JBJ theory, something badly needed. My only suggestion is that Haile should not be used as an example for anything (being 125 pounds) as without the genius of Dr. Sakari Orava (and many medical experts money can buy)would we see the results in the Marathon? His low back pain and achilles/knee problems are infamous because he seems to bounce back so rapidly have the healing of German friends. Still, Greg’s blog is one of the best medical blogs around and I suggest reading every post.
