You don’t get those results from inverted rows, lying on your back like a baby, and doing KB swings. Just watching the video activates motor units, who needs bridges! It’s ok to be big and strong. It’s ok to be explosive and it’s not a sin to be sympathetic. Humans are alive and adaptable creatures, don’t sweat the small stuff.
