Insight from an Olympic Gold Medalist

0

Recently, my good friend, Steve Mesler visited my training center in Cary, NC to speak to some of the elite athletes in my Olympic development group. Steve is a former track and field athlete who won the Indoor National Scholastic Pentathlon before going on to be a decathlete at the University of Florida. He later went on to become a 3x Olympian in bobsled who won gold in 2010 in the 4-man. He shared some great information with my group that I thought would be useful for many on this board.
