All Blacks- Fundamentally Strong

Nothing fancy. Perhaps this video is not viral, but it’s popular because many coaches like seeing what really happens. A few videos I saw of one squat tutorial was really good, but when the athletes joined another facility the squatting was high, asymmetrical, back dominant, and sloppy as a whole. Again I am very happy some programs are bread and butter and try to do a good job with real exercises. Not able to squat is a sign of a failed program. If you can’t squat what does that say about the previous time before injury in terms of preparation? What does that say about the results of the rehab of the athlete? The US isn’t huge Rugby fans but I love all sports and keep up with what is going on in New Zealand.
