Selected training clips from Athletic Lab (1.11.11)

Here’s some more training clips from the Olympic development group that I work with. Again, these are uncensored and unedited so feel free to critique or ask questions and I’ll try to follow up with why we’re doing what we’re doing and what I’m working on with each athlete. The context of this session is that it was an easy day during a rest / test week. The multis did tempo on the C2s at Athletic Lab because we had a huge ice storm the night before and it was too cold and dangerous to be outside.
