Assessments: Helpful Hints

I strongly suggest using a spider or radar chart when visualizing your results of your assessments. The scoring options can be weighted percentage of scores so you are more granular and specific with joint and muscle length restrictions. Asymmetries can be viewed from various benchmarks and differentials so flagging is more effective. There are no rules, but key principles of assessments. One is to have an expected benchmark or target for each phase in terms of improvement. If one person get’s a two should you get after 8 weeks in the GPP? Rune Brix asked a few questions and I will share some examples of various scores after GPP and SPP in a public Mediacast.
