The most requested information to be shared was not technique at high speeds, weightlifting periodization, or even supplementation for sprinters, it was about HRV (heart rate variability). The first Premium Mediacast will be on HRV and speed and power athletes, and my experience with myithlete. What I did was was compare an iphone/ipod touch app and found that it was 89% as effective as a research grade HRV system. Using 5 different conditioning protocols we measured one athlete and found it to be superior to morning pulse alone. With only one minute a day it was simply a no brainer. In this 60 minute mediacast we will go over some fantastic lessons I learned from some big brains. We currently have 10 requests for the Valencia Project and that means we have 8 spots left.
