Time Pyramid Again



A lot of HS athletes go to elitetrack.com and want to know how to get better. Many questions of what to eat, how to train, and how to get fixed (rehab) are often requested. All of that is fine but lifestyle is the foundation. Parents often ask what my philosophy of training is an I respond with my old time pyramid form the Regeneration Lab days. I have followed this for years and it works. You must realize that sacrifice must happen each day of the week including weekends. You can have it all, friends, grades, and sport performance. You just must follow the time pyramid.
