Blog 2.0

Based on the feedback and emails it seems that some members are finding my posts to be too general or negative. While the majority of the feedback is positive and the internet traffic is at it’s highest, I will comply with placing citations when possible. The other requests are youtube feeds to see if I am able to get people to do ( what I feel others are not doing right) as video is worth a million words. My request is to share your opinion on anything you do as no training belief is sacred here because this blog is obviously not sponsored by Screwdriverstrength or NO2 Superplode. My hope is that the blog subject matter dives into core beliefs (pun intended) and forces us to rethink things. If one cares about his or her athletes and the industry it’s ok to share your thoughts provided one focuses on the subject. Please keep in mind to see the context of others, as talent, training age, environment, and experience is different. I promise that the quality of posts will improve so that those spending their time will find it useful. Again this is ELITETRACK and open discussions are key so please participate.
