A friend sent this to me to check out. Pretty amazing display of upper body strength. His strength to bodyweight ratio (at least upperbody) is astounding. While I’ve seen some of the stuff he does before, others (like what he does at 2:02 or so) is just RI.DIC.U.LUS. I’d love to sit in on one of his training sessions and know how long it took him to build up to some of that stuff.
