Stars come out in Monte Carlo

0

The Olympics are fast approaching. Only 11 days go go. Many athletes are making their final tuneups at the IAAF Herculis Super Grand Prix in Monaco, Monte Carlo. This is always a high quality meet and this year will be no different…featuring Asafa Powell, Torri Edwards, Isinbeyeva, and more. Powell’s come out and said this will be his last meet before Beijing so it will be interesting to see what he does. He’s been returning from a string of injuries and recently edged out the seemingly invincible Usain bolt in London. He’s won 3 out of his last 4 races against some tough competition and it looks like he’s returning to his 2006 form. With Tyson Gay on the mend, and Usain Bolt dropping hints that he might have peaked too soon, the 100m looks more and more interesting. WCSN will have the meet on live tomorrow, Tuesday the 29th at 2-5pm EDT so if you’re interested check it out. If you miss it live, WCSN always gives you the chance to watch it again even when the meet is over. Click the pic to sign up. rr r
