Announcing two Level One Schools

I wanted to spread the word about two upcoming USATF Level 1 School’s I’ll be doing in the next couple months. The first is in Landover, MD on December 14-16, 2007.  The instructors will be:

  • Trey Jackson, (formerly) Lebanon Valley College
  • John Jones, McLean High School
  • Mike Young, Army Track & Field
  • Felix Rogers, Randallstown Track Club

The second Level 1 School is a special one in Jacksonville, FL featuring three Level 2 instructors who are also long-time members and contributors of ELITETRACK.  The instructors will be:

  • Ron Grigg, Jacksonville University
  • Todd Lane, Louisiana State University
  • Mike Young, Army Track & Field

Mike has a BS in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, an MSS in Coaching Science from Ohio University & a PhD in Biomechanics from LSU. Additionally, he has been recognized as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a Level 3 coach by USA Track & Field, a Level 2 coach by USA Weightlifting.
