He is now National League starting all star shortstop and has led the National League in stolen bases the last two years. There was another comment on the post I found interesting “So how do you develop Athleticism with out strength training?” My answer is who ever said you do not strength train. Strength training is one piece of a big puzzle, certainly an important piece. It has different degrees of importance for different athletes’ at different times of their career.
