Adidas Track Classic on TV

7

Just wanted to give a heads-up about ESPN’s telecast of the Adidas Track Classic this afternoon. Check your local listings just to be sure but it should be showing from 4-6pm EST today. There’s a great lineup so far and every time I’ve been to the meet it was alway top-notch. Here’s the meet headline:

Jeremy Wariner, Allyson Felix, Xavier Carter, Allen Johnson, Stacy Dragila, Tyson Gay, Ginnie Powell and Reese Hoffa are just a few of the U.S. stars expected to compete Sunday at the adidas Track Classic in Carson, Calif.

By watching this and other track events on TV you support the sport by letting the TV stations know that there is a market for Track & Field Programming. That’s one of the only ways we can get more track on TV. So support the sport and take some time to watch a great track meet.
