Athlete Monitoring on a Budget [Slidedeck]

This weekend I had the opportunity to present at the Proformance High Performance Athletic Development Clinic at Athletic Lab. I spoke on the subject of Athlete Monitoring on a Budget. My goal was not to provide the only way to monitor, but rather different ideas if you were in a scenario where you could not afford high dollar technology to do the monitoring for you. I also believe that even if you have the budget to buy expensive tools, the ideas presented can be valuable tools. This presentation goes hand in hand to a previous blog I wrote: The Athlete Monitoring Startup Kit
