Run Faster: An Integrated Approach

1

I recently spoke at the Royal Chiropractic College Sport Science Annual conference in Toronto. The 2013 RCCSS conference had the theme of “Run Faster: An Integrated Approach” and featured a great balance of chiropractors, therapists sport psychologist and coaches including John Berardi, Jeff Cubos and Wes Moerman. As the theme and the speaker lineup indicates, the conference took a very integrated approach to performance….something that is increasingly becoming the standard for maximizing the performance of athletes. In quantitatively assessed sports like track and field, winning and losing performances are divided by mere percentage points. As a result, athletes looking to maximize performance must seek every advantage possible in all areas of performance.

Here’s my slidedeck from the conference. If you like the presentation, please click through and share the presentation from slideshare.net.
