I was wondering if it’s normal to feel this way. After sprinting or doing any kind of weights with my legs, I start feeling a tingling and numbing sensation on my right quad.
I feel no pain and I’m able to train hard with no issues. But after a training session, my right quad keeps feeling that way (and it just happens on my right quad, my left quad is not affected at all). My quad hasn’t always felt this way. It started happening around 2 weeks ago when I started to really push myself during my start-ups.
It’s not completely numb, and I’m actually able to feel soreness sometimes.
Could this all just be fatigue?
