    Randy did this at 295lbs!

    316 Chris Huffins 17.59m 73 3.12m 72 9.63m 77 3.34s 94

From what I understand, 30m sprint begins when after first foot strike out of start. O/H shot is with a 16lb er.

Anyone know of any other good scores?

I rekon i could beat those, wish i had electric timing. Is the 3 jumps stj or 3xslj?

Walter Davis was meant to be the best at these tests, but i don’t know exact – OH 18.0?, slj 3.59, stj 10.70.

Believe 3jump is 3 consecutive SLJ.

The timing is obviously hand time from first foot strike – I assume with a rock-back start. I’d say that the 30m times are 1 step (1.5m and 0.3-.4s) plus RT (.15-.25) fast. IE – Clay’s 3.21 would be more like 3.75.

I’ve done that timing method for ages now. I’d guess Gatlins timing would be slightly faster than that. When I ran a 3.81 electronic I also ran a 3.15 HT from first foot strike.
