The Eatons are two of my favorite athletes, and I think the information that they share in this video is worth the watch. I don’t know how realistic this would be for college students, or individuals who aren’t training full time, but I do think that it is a good reference point on nutrition.

They are sharing “6 nutrition tips” on their twitter @weareeaton . I am no dietitian, but I agree with most all the information that they have posted thus far. This information isn’t just for athletes. I think it applies to general population too. Eating is something we all do, and is crucial to fueling our lives.
