Methods of improving the technical skills of weightlifters

A member of my Olympic Weightlifting training group at Athletic Lab recently shared a video with me that I thought might be useful for those of you interested in the Olympic lifts, training for sport, and resistance training in general. The video is in Russian but has some great exercises and training means and methods. It requires the Silverlight application so make sure you have it if you can’t see the video. If you still can’t see the video try the direct link (where there’s an option to view as a windows media video).

Also, a reminder that we’re having 25% off all DVDs at the HPC company store until the end of April. Check it out for some great deals on videos from me as well as other coaches like Tom Tellez, Dan Pfaff, Dave Kerin, Louie Simmons, Larry Judge and more.
