Insight in to Asafa Powell’s Warmup routine

The Jamaicans lit up the track world in 2008, taking home more medals in the sprinting events than any other country and doing so in commanding fashion. Despite this, the training methods of the top Jamaican coaches is not widely known or understood. Are they achieving their success based on pure talent, performance enhancing drugs, a special diet, running on grass, or all of the above. We don’t know yet but information is starting to come out about their training methods. Check out these videos featuring Asafa Powell’s coach discussing training and preparation.
